Registration Information


CatFinder is a shareware product.  This means that you can try CatFinder for free but if you wish to continue using it you must register.  When you register CatFinder you will receive a diskette containing the latest release , complete documentation, and a registration code.  

The registration fee is as follows.

Single User License ($25)

The single user license entitles you to run CatFinder on one machine.  

Site License ($500)

The site license allows your company to run CatFinder on an unlimited number of machines at one corporate location.  A corporate location is defined as all offices of the corporation in the same city.

World-Wide license ($2000)

The world-wide license allows your company to run CatFinder on an unlimited number of machines at any corporate location.


You can use one of the following methods to register CatFinder:

1.	 Print the registration form and mail it along with a check, money order, or  
     cash to:

	    P.O. Box 27
	    New Hill, NC 27562

    Checks and money orders must be in US dollars and made payable to 
    Keith Turner.  The registration 	form is found in the chapter "Registration 
    Form" or can be printed from the shareware notice that 	appears when 
    CatFinder is started.  If you do not have a printer, simply send 	your name 
    and address 	on a piece of paper along with your payment.

2.	You can now register CatFinder via the shareware registration service
     provided by Kagi Shareware, Inc.  This service allows you to register
    CatFinder with credit cards as well as cash and checks. You can mail, fax,
     or email your registration.  Kagi Shareware provides this service to make it 
     easier for shareware users to register the products they use.  It is
     particularly useful for international customers.   Run the application 
     "Register 1.1.6 shdtree" included with CatFinder to register via the Kagi 
     Shareware service.

3.	If you are a member of CompuServe, you can register via CompuServes 
    Shareware Registration service.  This service is accessed via GO SWREG. 
    CatFinder's registration ID is 6977.  The registration fee when registering 
    via this service is $30.  The extra $5 covers additional processing fee's 
    charged by CompuServe.
